Yes to all you questions. The XML (if you can read it - not everyone can) will tell you what the current status is, you can choose how to help where it is most needed.
Would you believe there are some people out there that ask us to use the XML and still are giving us population?

I am beginning to despair for the City! I visit at least twice a day but all the criteria keep on getting worse. I have lost count of the new factories I have opened recently.
Incidentally, I find that I can get on and add items every time I reboot. Is this common to all? It gets over the problem of only being able to visit once a day.
You will find my paltry contributions to your lord and ladyships' noble venture under the heading DvorakSociety. Everyone needs good music and I believe that the New World Symphony was the first music ever to be played in the Orbiting Fortress - or was that some other place?

Yes - third visit today and this time I added police. It really does look as if as many reboots as I can manage allow me to make as many visits as I want.

Only if you get a new (external) IP address each time - I can only do one visit per day from work, regardless of which system I use as they all have the same external IP address...

I thought that is what was supposed to happen but I am also pretty sure there is a fundamental problem with my home computer. Being able to score several times a day on rebooting must indicate something - but what?

I've taken a quick look at the IP addresses for your posts here and you have used six different addresses. I'm guessing that your DSL provider only has a limited pool of addresses and that they are getting recycled often. Maybe rebooting the PC causes the line to drop and re-establish each time? In which case you could become the saviour of the KWSN Minicity |

You can only do it once per day - check that the city shows a new "The police force of KWSN has been reinforced" message as the top icon when you make your visit...

Is there an admin around that could make this link a sticky thread so it will stay near the top of the page and make it easier for the kNIghts (and ladies) to see and click?
