As requested, I'm putting up this stickied guide on how to contribute to the KWSN MiniCity.
The background can be found in this other thread

Ideally, all statistics for the city should be 0, except transport which should be 100.
Please target the statistic that is furthest from its ideal value.

The easiest way to work out what is currently required is to use this link and then click on the appropriate icon on the page.

If the link above isn't working, or if you prefer a more hands-on approach, click on http://kwsn.myminicity.com/xml to check the current status.
This will give you a page with XML code on it.
The important information is the numbers in the following lines on the page:
<unemployment>0</unemployment>
<transport>100</transport>
<criminality>0</criminality>
<pollution>0</pollution>

To decrease unemployment click http://kwsn.myminicity.com/ind or http://kwsn.myminicity.com/com
To improve (increase) transport click http://kwsn.myminicity.com/tra
To reduce criminality click http://kwsn.myminicity.com/sec
To reduce pollution click http://kwsn.myminicity.com/env

Otherwise, if everything is at the optimal values, just increase population and revenue by clicking http://kwsn.myminicity.com/

Note that only one contribution (click) can be made per day from any one Internet (IP) address.
