Are you ready?

Ok. So I'm running boinc, and finally some stats are happening. Now, since I've joined the teams (rosetta, and I've been with seti long time), will my name and stats automatically go on the lists or do I have to tell someone.

Also, how do I get boinc stat to show up in sig...

oops, that's two really big dumb questions.... let's see, how can I get out of this one...

let's see what happens when I click here... hopefully I can go back to lurking...

You'll show up in the stats once you get some credit. No intervention is required on your part.

As for a boinc stats image, I'm not sure exactly where you get those, as MacG hasn't started making them yet. However, you will need to find one that looks to the board like a regular image file (gif, jpg, png) rather than a php script or else it won't work.

For the sake of others looking for the option:

It's real easy to get a dynamic .gif file from boincstats, especially if you have a SETI account. Just go to the SETI account from BOINC manager, click on YOUR ACCOUNT and scroll down to Cross Project Statistics. BOINC STATS is one of the options. Clicking on it will take you to a page with your stats on it. There is a link to use as a graphic towards the bottom.

The it's just a matter of using UBB code to add the image to your profile.
