|

I am just wondering if we could all pitch in again and attempt to build another Spare Parts machine just for Folding.
Just testing the waters to see if any people are interested.

Alpha, essentially the concept is that one Knight agrees to build and host the machine; and the rest of us either A) donate parts or B) money to be used in the building of the machine. We then name the machine and then it Folds forever. So it is built of spare parts and the like. We have done this before in the past.

I will send money, can't build and have no spare parts. Write home and tell me how much and when and it will be there. _________________ Don't fuss about growing older, many are denied the chance. |

I have spare parts (socket A), from when I dismantled the FM farm.
Who in the US will host said machine? _________________ 0.0 Giggly hertzes Folding!

no can host (enuf heat in the den as it is!) but could make two sticks of PC3200 RAM (I think 256M each, non-ECC, came with my 2x2.5 Mac) available. Also not a peeCee person so be clueless in general 'bout such matters. _________________ now, where was I??? |

Lady K, Can't you just re-reinstall win98SE? If it won't work, you may have to fdisk and reformat before trying again. _________________ You can't leave footprints in the Sands of Time while sitting on your butt and who wants to leave Buttprints in the Sands of Time? |

Oh, I've done that. But in the middle of reinstalling I got the blue screen of death, and then I did someting really stupid, and now I can't get the computer to recognise the hard drive. It's ugly, very ugly. _________________ Confucious say, "Man who lay girl on hill, not on level"
