How come my old stats don't show up in the team SETI stats?

I assume you are talking about the team BOINC stats? If so then it is because all stats started at 0 in BOINC. Users have a field in their accounts that says how many work units they did under classic but these do not count towards BOINC credit. It is a completely different credit system so they can't easily be compared anyway.

I'm talking about the classic SETI Stats of 40000.

You show up in the classic stats (#31): http://setiathome2.ssl.berkeley.edu/stats/team/team_7663.html

Those stats won't be on stats.kwsn.net because that site only does BOINC projects.
