Last time I checked this wasn't the question thread... personal hygene aside, anything else to add to the TOPIC? I have yet to make use of my moderator skillz... maybe this would be a good time?
With seti@home being MIA today my machines are doing more einstein work than usual. Cant wait to see it on my credit graphs! wohoo! |

Ni!
It seems my reputation goes before me. I tried to sign up for E@H and they said, "Go away! We don't want you here, you old loony. We just want firm, young bodies that we can cover with ...No,wait a minute it was "leave your adress, we'll be in touch". Yeah, like I have n't heard that one before!

I would drop pirates first. They aren't doing any real work anyway and work units are few and far between.
As for Einstein. I think their validator is being rather arbitrary. My laptop always claims 100-110 credits but so far has only been granted in the 50s. My desktop windows box claims 80-90 and is usually awarded somewhere in the 70s. I think it might be because my laptop is slower in returning results so its claim isn't in the system when the validator is deciding how much credit to grant. Einstein also does not appear to be averaging the claimed credit (minus the max and min) like seti is doing. |

Whoo! fresh einstein blood! maybe we can now bring KWSN up where it belongs in the team standings. At first we were not even in the top 50 but I see today we are at #47 according to my stats site. In case you haven't joined KWSN yet... click here.
Remember: in BOINC the team ONLY gets credit from you while you are a member so if you get credit before joining the team, it will not get counted towards our team total so join up fast!
