Sheesh.. I just figured it was like the scroll wheel on a mouse... can you imagine how difficult it must be to scroll without the scroll wheel on that computer? _________________ Sir Latch of the Highlands

I'm jealous. I want one with 2 steering wheels. 2004 isn't' over yet. It still may be introduced before the year is out. |

I think you have to turn the wheel just to make it go.
Just like a barrel-organ.

I thought the steering wheel may have been for manual operation in case of power loss. It looks like there could be a battery compartment down the bottom.
Gee, I hope they get production of these moving along. I was so hoping to buy myself one for Christmas, and I'd hate to have to wait until next year.
Hm, I wonder if the barrel-organ is manufactured by the same company?

'Gas' pedal sounds kinda crude, and like something that Sir Fart would have. We put our foot on the accelerator here in Australia...but I digress.
Maybe the speed is governed automatically by the settings - super slow- and you wouldn't need a brake pedal to stop because you'd be going slow enough to just run into something to stop.
Well, that's how I play those sort of games anyway. My son bought Simpson's Road Rage for his x box, and I keep getting caught by the police for running into and over everything! _________________ My brain hurts.

Here in the states I think "gas" pedal is the norm... we just aren't as crude in our thinking as you Aussies

Who's crude? We're not crude!
p.s We don't 'root' for our favourite sporting teams in Australia either. That would have an entirely different meaning here. _________________ My brain hurts.

Hm...how to put this politely.
Okay, father-to-be. (now there's one hint lol ) What does a screwdriver do? (There's another.)
That's is why I laugh whenever someone in Americal mentions rooting for a team.
Edited to add - Eek, look at all the spelling errors! The brain fails when the mind sinks to below the waist. _________________ My brain hurts.

Yes. Now will you be able to keep a straight face when someone you know uses that word in its U.S. context? Or will you picture the Aussie version? _________________ My brain hurts.
