Deleted Ralph and added SETI. Left Rosetta in for Knights who want to support the CASP12 competition, which happens only every two years. This pits Rosetta/Boinc against other non-Boinc computer systems as well as humans (FoldIt) to determine which provides the most accurate prediction of protein folding. Sorry, no time to do a planning thread.

How many times is it allowed to vote again? _________________ a monster can be excused for his behaviour . . . The problem is not how a monster could do it, but how a human being did it.

I voted again for a project that is not currently down.
Then I voted again for a project that was not down before the voting started.
I promise not to vote again if asked to vote for a project that is not operational...again. _________________

Soooo .... you've voted the regulation 6 times then? but you might vote again if asked to vote for a project that is not operational...again. or not?
I think that's perfectly clear to everyone.
