Villin Headpiece
The Villin Headpiece is a 36 amino acid protein, which fold into a three helix bundle. It is the C-terminus of the actin-binding protein Villin, which may play a role in cell plasticity, probably trough the F-actin severing activity of villin’s gelsolin-like core domain. Here, we test under which conditions the Villin Headpiece has multiple refolding events.
