Noooo! I can't do Collatz for three months in a row,or is it four, I'm already drifting.
I will invoke Rule24/7/365.25,sub-section 4, addendum. "No Kaniggit can be forced to follow a path that might lead to sanity. Ni!" _________________

OK, new rule...
Next month's POTM cannot be the same as this month's POTM
All these projects need our support. Let's spread the love around a bit... _________________

We have that rule for CPU projects, but not for GPU due to the relatively small number of candidates. However due to abuses by addicted HOTPO Heads, the Election Commission (including reps from the Sensible, Silly, and Very Silly parties) will take up this motion in Private Chambers (yes, Marilyn's bedroom) and report back. They have issued a temporary ban on Collatz Conjecture for the month of January while the commission debates this permanent New Rule. |

May I request that any decision on a new and or amended rule 4 (proposed) be held in abeyance until consideration has been given to a new Rule 4(a) sub section(iii) paragraph(a)
New rule proposal.
Any member in good standing as defined by rule 4 sub section(ii) Members is good standing rule. may request via a free recall process as laid out in standing committee rules (rule 7 section 6 Calling for a recall vote to demand that Marilyn's bedroom has got to a state on a par with the infamous Emmein Bed and that Marilyn's bedroom should be cleaned before any meeting takes place.
As a member in very bad standing I make this request under rule 46b (Members in very bad standing rules section (a)(iii)(vi)(d) paragraph(4)
"Not with standing anything contained within these rules, any member in very bad standing shall without prejudiced have the right to demand all meeting are conducted in safe, secure and above all sanitary conditions,"
If you consult with Brother Maynard's gospel of 'Old Things & Histrionic' I understand this rule was introduced after the 'Council of Königsee-Rottenbach; when a particularly virulent outbreak of Lebanese knee fungus wiped out 82.6% of the council. |

WE need more Herrings on the council, and Ducks. We must have Ducks to ensure no Witches get on the council, but we need Llamas as well to remain inclusive and equal opportunities. And Rabbits, and Swallows. _________________
