I assume you live near where this happened, so it must be shocking.

The suicide note about "do what I like doing best — killing people." reminds me of the documentary "Hell and back" about a Marine who got wound in Afghanistan. He said all he wanted to do when he was 18 was kill people. Where do these people come from? Scary stuff, and a tragedy all around.
