Deleted Docking, project expires end of this month. Added OGR-28, a non-boinc project, some interest expressed last month. (What izzit, another crypto project?)
Doesn't look like upcoming projects Find@Home or ABC@Home are on-line yet.
Here's the first draft ballot:
Asteroids
Climate Prediction
Constellation
Cosmology
Distributed Data Mining
Folding@Home (Non-Boinc)
Malaria Control
Muon 1 (Non-boinc) V
Number Field Sieve
OGR-28 (Non-Boinc) V
Primaboinca
Rosetta
SAT V
SETI
Simap
SkyNet/POGS
Sztaki Grid
World Community Grid
YoYo
Vacation
Excluded projects:
Correlizer - Dead.
Quantum Monte Carlo - Beta / re-launching
ABC - Project nearing completion / re-launch?
Mind Modeling - lack of work
OProject - lack of admin, project needs to mature
RNA World - checkpointing requires Virtual Machine, no work for short WU's
SubSetSum - Misc. tech problems
FightMalaria - lack of work

Probably because when a project has a GPU app, I frequently forget it also has a CPU app. The max list is 20 projects, so if we want to add Einstein and Poem, we have to delete two others. No problem, this is why we have these planning threads.
Some candidates that haven't received many votes lately IIRC:
Folding@Home
Muon 1
Rosetta
SAT
Simap
Sztaki
Yoyo
Any others? Need to either shrub these or take 'em off the list for a while? _________________

We could add:
Einstein
Poem
Edges
And delete:
Folding@Home
Rosetta
Muon 1
Mark the deletions as "lack of interest" so they can be added back easily? |
