The shiny things are too great for us to have PotM, sometimes. We get "bored" or meet a goal and move on. I personally have not done a lot of PotM because of goals. I also like to work on the PG challenges each approximately month, so that takes time away from PotM. Also sometimes a challenge comes up after PotM was been established in another project and then people are torn.

I don't want to stop PotM, but it seems that it's not been as successful as it once was when there were less projects and less/no shiny things.

Wonder if MW will retro the badges for credit already gained, or start only with new credit?
