Deleting Prime Grid and adding Climate Prediction, SETI, and Asteroids to the previous ballot, we have the following first draft. Seems like this is getting a little stale - suggest we either shrub something we haven't done in a looong time or go with a year end vacation to chase milestones and badges. Please peruse the lists of excluded projects and team stats to see if any are worth adding to the ballot.
Should Folding@Home and SETI be GPU only, are CPU WU's worthwhile? (Sorry if this is a repeat question, I can't keep that straight.)
Asteroids
Climate Prediction
Cosmology
Distributed Data Mining
Docking
Enigma
Eon
Fight Malaria
Folding@Home (Non-Boinc)
Malaria Control
Number Field Sieve
Rosetta
SAT V
SETI
Simap
SkyNet/POGS
Sztaki Grid
World Community Grid
YoYo
Vacation / No CPU POTM
Excluded projects:
Constellation - lack of work <= 4 WU's currently
MUON 1 V (Non-Boinc) - Admin moving to U.S. <= Has this happened?
Primaboinca - lack of work
Correlizer - lack of work
Quantum Monte Carlo - Beta / re-launching <= Launched yet?
ABC - lack of work, project nearing completion? <= 0 WU's currently
Edges - lack of work <= 50K WU's currently
Mind Modeling - lack of work <= 0 WU's currently
OProject - lack of admin, project needs to mature <= Stabilizing?
RNA World - checkpointing requires Virtual Machine, no work for short WU's <= Try VM?
SubSetSum - Misc. tech problems <= Stabilizing?

I think 20 is the max # projects, so I'm inclined to add Edges and delete SAT. Ni???
'Er on 2nd look, maybe not, see below - anyone running Edges smoothly at the moment?
