|
|
Suddenly this morning I was no longer able to access my account, the cpdn forum or anything at all having to do with this program. I get error 403, forbidden to access etc. etc. Does anyone have an idea what I can do to rectify this situation. The problem is only with cpdn, all other projects are perfectly OK. _________________

Methinks they made a change and have to correct some Permissions... _________________

ClimatePrediction.net message boards decomissioned
The PHPBB message board that was formerly hosted by ClimatePrediction.net has been removed, and is no longer available.
Please use ClimatePrediction.net’s BOINC board to interact with the project staff and other users. _________________

CPDN does not use GPU cores and there is no realistic chance of GPU cores being used in future due to length and complexity of the code.

Do I take it I am not the only one with this problem? And if you are a cpdn user, you are aware of the huge problem they have had since July 17! I do believe they are falling apart - just after I had gone over the 100M with my pitifully small computer...
Thanks for your input. _________________

CPDN is my #4 Project - Just under 300,000
I was unaware of any problem, and only after reading your Post did I see
they have these errors - As for having a small Shrubber, don't worry! A
couple years ago all I could do is take Flash Drives to somebody else's
computers (with their permission) and my output was VERY erratic, and
very small!! Hang in there!

It seems that the Apache operating system has failed, and this will need
physical access to the server to restart. Carefully.
It will be half a day before business hours in Oxford, when the project
people will be able to deal with it.

Yes, everything is OK again and I thank Les Bayliss for sending me an e-mail. I am so happy, I changed my outfit! _________________
