| We are only 100k behind Seti USA, I fixed 2 out of 3 systems that just died due to a power failure the other day. no way I can make that diff. up by myself. Only 3 cores and no gpu's between the 2 I could make run. One crashed the OS, the other had to have a replacement hard drive.. |

| Thank you for the offer. Unfortunately, the last box needs a motherboard. Blew most of the caps. I had the os for the rebuilds, and a hard drive to get the last 2 boxes working. |

I fear if "zombie67", "mikeej42" and "Cruncher Pete" turn their machines back on tomorrow ,, they, (SUSA), will spring ahead quite rapidly.
But never mind. It's all for fun.
(although there is something to be said for a years worth of "Bragging Rights" to use in future Taunts) ... just sayin...
I know one Knight had to leave town, and shut down. Not sure if some others' felt their shrubbers underused at SETI or if maybe the August heat is having an effect. (Heat + Heat = Way Too Hot)
Anyways, All the help we can get is needed at this point.
