Can we change status on any of these and add them to the ballot?

Quantum Monte Carlo - Project is moving locations
ABC - lack of work
Edges - lack of work
Docking - No admin contact & low points
Mind Modeling - lack of work
Climate Prediction - blustery servers
OProject - lack of admin, project needs to mature
