OK I just got credit in 20 apps, but no badge. Looks like you also need to shrub 20 hours min. in each of these apps? 'Er wait no, can't figger it out, well I'll just be patient... Wink

you need at minimum 100 hours for 20 different applications. The numbers will change colors on your Wuprop account page accordingly. For instance I have several that have turned bronze and the rest are just normal black because the black ones are under 100 hours and the bronze ones are over 100.

I lost 400 hours of crunching because their App is not able to keep good tabs on itself. I had several error out and it zeroed the work I finished and reported.

Just to be clear, that means at least 100 hours in each of 20 different apps? 2000 hours for a frikkin' badge? Wow, I think those are the most demanding requirements of any initial badge. Which makes me covet* it even more dammit! Twisted Evil Crap, this screws up my shrubbing plans, good thing we're on vacation! Cool

*Yes I'm even willing to break the 10th commandment for this damned thing! It's almost as attractive as my neighbor's llama!

Some people already have 5 sapphire badges. 5000 hours on 100 projects.

4 processors for 1 day is 96 hours. So 100 hours in just more than a day.

My Dell Inspiron has an integrated ATI Adapter

'ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series'

I was pleasantly surprised to find one Project
that fits it so well! I usually have only two
WUs of any given Project and one of my NCI WUProp
(I have just about given up on ever seeing FREEHal again)

Collatz Conjecture uses .02 CPU and THIS Adapter
and I am getting over a THOUSAND a DAY - I didn't
even KNOW I was doing GPU yet! What a nice surprise!

Anyway, Collatz Conjecture can be added to NCI
_IF_ your Video Adapter suits it...

Smile
