Adding Fight Malaria back, we have the following list. Normally we'd delete DDM, but we'll leave it in this time, agree?
Hmmm...That's 21 projects, but there's a 20 choice limit on polls, so something's gotta go. We need to delete one, any other changes?
Asteroids V
Climate Prediction
Constellation
Cosmology
Distributed Data Mining
Fight Malaria
Leiden Classical
MUON 1 V (Non-boinc)
Number Field Sieve
OProject V
Primaboinca
RNA World
Rosetta
SAT V
SETI
SkyNet-POGS
SubSetSum V
Sztaki Grid
YoYo
World Community Grid
Vacation / No CPU POTM
Excluded from ballot:
Eon - bouncy work server
Quantum Monte Carlo - project servers are moving
Correlizer - lack of work
ABC - lack of work
Edges - lack of work
Docking - No admin contact & low points
Mind Modeling - lack of work

Voting has been very thin the last few months. Last month we had 14 votes across 12 projects, then a tie-breaker between two projects that had received only two votes each. Not exactly a ringing endorsement for the winner....
I think the solution is MORE PIMPING! State your choice here, before the ballot goes up and Sell It! Perhaps we'll get a stronger consensus and more participation in the winning project. Oh wait, darn it, we're looNIes...
To start 'er off, I'll pimp two projects...
DDM - Say no more.
RNA World - A long neglected project, we could pass a few teams and perhaps help DC Vault StrategerNi!. However I think it has WU's that take 3 days with no check-pointing, so may need some patience... Currently 4990 WU's available, keep an eye on that.
<= Oh yeahhhh I pimped it! |

I doubt I'll ever vote for a 'No BOINCing' Break - I'd drop that one - And I'll Second (and Third!) DDM! - Here we are struggling, we need to FOCUS, Peeps... Maybe PrimaBOINCa as my second choice _________________

A vote for Vacation is not "a 'No BOINCing' Break", it just means Knights shrub whatever they want that month. (Might be a good time for that based on how thin our votes have been.)
As to cutting the ballot to 20, unless I hear different will probably delete Leiden as there seems to be very little interest in that..
C'mon KaNi!gits, sell your candidate - ONLY TWO PIMPS OUT THERE? |

Should we replace some of the less popular Boinc projects with non-Boinc? Pooh Bear 27 listed these:
Majestic 12 (BETTER have an unlimited and uncapped broadband though - BIG TIME !!)
Gimps
Dimes
OGR 27
Seventeen or bust (Hard OC making rapid progress there @ ~17 points/pop)
RC5 72
As I recall, Dimes is not really suited to PotM, it's a low resource thingie that should be run on the side by everyone?
Regarding MJ12, there is controversy at the DC Vault, not sure where KWSN stands on this, has it been cleared up?
