I have 200x200 (in) and 120x120 (out) fan in my case (CM HAF 912+). Exchanged asus gtx670 to zotac amp gtx670 today. Zotac totally awesome! 63C on 98% GPU usage (it was 80C with asus).

Course sometimes the respective OEMs provide better coolers then other OEMs, though if all else fails something like

Course if that doesn't really plug into the mobo, but can connect through a molex connector, one might just need an empty bracket slot on the back of the case, not another PCI-e slot for it. But the picture doesn't show one the bottom of the thing to confirm this...
