Blurf,

After looking at your list of computers on Einstein, the active one has boinc 6.10.58. Einstein requires at least 7.0.27 for amd gpus (which I'm assuming you are trying to use). Also, remember to check your Einstein preferences in your account so that you are allowing ATI gpu and disallowing Nvidia. It looks like the scheduler is looking for both ATI and Cuda, cpu it seems to say it doesn't need.

Hopefully this helps.

Idea I am bringing a rig I built out of spare parts online today.

AMD AthlonII 620 x4, 3 gB DDR2, EVGA GTS 450.

I'll dedicate this one to Einstein

Blurf,

Einstein has a few bugs that need fixing. If you want CPU jobs and have a GPU enabled it will not send it if you are not at a GPU version that Einstein will take. Shut off all GPU and you will get CPU work.

If you are wanting ATI GPU work, 7.0.27 is needed for ATI along with OpenCL. That is the requirement. You still should shut off Nvidia GPU.

Thanks. I'm running both CPU/GPU on my main rig now with no problems.

Intel Core i5-750, 8 gB DDR3, EVGA GTX 580 & Zotac GTS 450 eco

I say old chap, looks like you need another dashed imagehost. Unless you want to put some shillings the way of Freeservers, I'd suggest using Photobucket or another free imagehost. Toodle pip!

Been awhile since we had a spare parts rig put together. I remember the last one where all the Knights either chipped in money or parts and I believe someone built and host KWSN-SpareParts III.
