Sir Pooh Bear, your amazing run in the 121 part of the PSA is amazing. So amazing you are putting those WUs are starting to get out of my reach since my shrubber is not as fast and the WUs are getting bigger and bigger.

My 16 cores do between 54 and 60 a day. The $$ on them is rising well also. KWSN will be first place on that project tomorrow and I am about 12 or less days to 3rd.
Of course it will run out again near the end of the month and from my understanding not many people are sieving it so it may take a bit to refill next time.
I am working myself toward 80-100M total so I get my PSA Ruby. I thought I had gold the last time points were posted (I was over 18M) but I didn't even make 900K, so I wonder what the payout really is currently.
I figure if it was 18 to 1, 72M would make 4M, but I am going to do some extra just in case. |

They generally quickly refill a server like that, a server like the PPSElows they take their time.

So, I helped us get to be #1 in the 121 project on PSA.
I am hoping that on 19-FEB (mountain stage), I find one of those 121 primes. That would be mountainous for sure. None have been found in that project yet.
I am not good at calculating digits and all the calculators I have tried to use do not tell me. An example is 121*2^4522917-1. How many digits is that?
It'd be nice to own a jersey. |

Don't you hate when your machines are running well and then all of a sudden one is not online. Go boot the device, CPU fan failure.
At least it's under warranty. Too bad I have to wait until next week to get it fixed because this is a bad week for me. |

ran a total of 134 total tests within about a day and a half for a whopping total of 18,200 PrPNet credits which is by far my highest for a single run. Still turning in stuff since then but in any case I'm up to 192,448 credits on active ports and 266,485 credits overall with an overall of 2,416 tests run so far.
Bronze PSA badge here I come! _________________

Candidate 121*2^4553899-1 was found to be Prime by PRPNet! This number is approximately 1370863 digits long. It was found using the program llr.exe. It was proven prime with the program llr.exe.
1.3+ Million digits long! This is awesome. It is the first prime found in the 121 project ever.
I am still waiting to hear where this is in the top 5000 and what kind of score it is for the Tour de Primes. |

Wow that is amazing. Are you going to stick with 121 or switch to another server.
That is a huge number. What an accomplishment. _________________

It's been posted to the Prime Database
Rank: 28!
http://primes.utm.edu/primes/page.php?id=105070
Still being verified, but that is a huge sucker.
I figure I'll stick with 121 because from what I understand Primes seem to go in "clumps" so if I find a second one I probably win a jersey. |

Credit question (if anyone can answer):
I know that the credits are approximately 18 PSA to 1 PG, but I also read that finding primes also gives extra PG credit. Does anyone know if/how this figures out? I am over 68M PSA credits and found two significant primes (121 at #28 overall with a prime score of 3122.46614187, and an ESP that is #78 overall with a prime score of 519.530417851).
I am just wondering how close to my Ruby I might be? They've been posting credits for a bit now and I am over 3.2M PG credits. I was going to go to near 80M just to be on the safe side, but I may not need to go that far and I can move on to new things quicker.
I just wish they'd show a correlation of credits somewhere so I can tell where I am.
P.S. I already miss John. No announcement for my ESP Prime, plus it seems the others are scrambling a little. I wish someone new could fill his shoes at least in part. |

Wait John left the project? I thought he was still active on the forums.
No clue on the credit since I have yet to find a PSA prime.

John moved on.
A Melancholy Farewell posted 21-FEB
A Final Goodbye posted 3-MAR.
I think he got the auto PSA credit posting to work before he left.
I guess I will know my answer in a few days since I've been moving up quickly. |
