Guilty as charged sir Wabbit. i like to have some sort of return, especially if it takes as long as it did to run that unit. In any case i'll wait it out and see _________________

Oh, and if you think Einstein's CPU WUs are getting nuts, you should take a look at CPDN work units. Don't think they do have GPU shrubs for climate though |
I'm seeing 5.5 hrs. on Gravitational Wave S6 WUs and 8 hrs. on Gamma-ray pulsar WUs on a Phenom II 1090T @3.2GHz. I only run the Binary Radio Pulsar Search WUs on a GPU. |
Yeah, but I have a suspended climate model that has 220 hours left on it. And even that is minor compared to what some of their prervious units used to be. _________________

220 that makes my 18 and 48 look like grains of sand. In other news i am currently running one core with einstein and the other with correlizer. Downloaded 62 WUs yesterday and have already gone through 14 of those and have just 14 hours left to go on the einstein WU.
Also with my validate error WU one wingman says validation inconclusive and the other is not done yet so we will see if any credit comes of it _________________

Even the WU with 220 hours left on it that Nuadormarac has is a baby compared to the ones I have picked up on Climate and RNAWorld. The largest one I have had to date was a stonking 1645 hours. Generated a mighty fine 40+k credits for it as well _________________ What is that in the Shrubbery?

Quick question about climate WUs. My model has now run over 11,000 timesteps but hasn't run any trickles yet. When can I expect it should run its first trickle. There are 138,624 timesteps total and its a hadam3p_eu version 6.09 WU. _________________

You should get a daily trickle. However, I have found that Climate often doesn't do what you expect it to do. Seems they have some issues with their servers or something because the project if often down, sometimes for days on end. _________________ What is that in the Shrubbery?

Thanks Knighty. Got my first trickle today after 11,616 timesteps. Now at over 14,000 timesteps. Running Einstein a few correlizer too so all seems to be going well. Got 200 credits from the trickle. On another note it seems Free-DC is down again _________________

I have removed one system off Einstein that has locked up on me 5 times since moving to the project. On any other project I have not had problems. I am moving it back to PrimeGrid and see if she stay stable. If not it goes in the shop (still under warranty). |

Yeah, the seasonal attribution models and the like used to be giants compared to some of the sub-projects Climate is running right now.... _________________
