What box (CPU) are you running for Muon , 'cos results.txt file should be automaticaly created on the first auto-save . Maybe there is a problem with your installation ?

I am using my laptop to run it as I don't have access to my other comp currently since its at home. I deleted the folder I had, re downloaded it and set it up again but still no results file after auto saves every 4 minutes. I have posted the issue on the muon forum to see if sir stephen can be of some help.

Apparantly I am not completely loonie in this effort, I got a response from someone over at the muon forum who said

At first, because you've not got any better results (unless you are running the samplefiles) it will re-run it 5 times, with the results being saved in 'queuecli.txt'. If you are running samplefiles, it may be doing the same thing (I've not run samplefiles in YEARS).
Results.txt will get its first result when these 5 runs are completed. and it will be copied into results.dat. I would just let it run for an hour or two more, and see what it's at then. My guess though, is that you'll find the results in queuecli.txt as it rechecks it. |
I'm not using samplefiles so i will just let it run until it sorts itself out

I started from scratch and am now running my 3rd pass on the current result and my stats have been moved to the queuecli.txt file as stated that they should above. Everything seems to be in working order and I hope to finally upload some results soon

Dr Brooks new server is up and running , accrued results from the 2 week outage have been credited 
On a side note , I noticed that Dr V put in a THREE DAY blip for ~18,000,000 points , an average of 6,000,000/day for 3 days  . Now he/she has stopped . Wonder if this was a test run for the near future ?? Or just some old results found down the back of the sofa from his/her last run ? ( 6 Million a day was his/her last daily average for 2 weeks - Hmmmm )

EDIT PS : Just noticed that the accrued Dr V points were during the Server outage at CERN Coincidence ?? Testing , Testing , 1 2 3

Well, over the past few years, I managed to get three Projects up to just over 250,000 each
Looks like Herr Doktor had better be worried about ol' Phreddy comin' at him, eh?

Dr Vernoff seems to be - UMM - Ramping ~ 4,000,000 today .

Quick question
I've had WUs that run as little as 30 Mpts and then the high end where my current WU has already run 2,500+ Mpts and is not near being done just yet. Do WUs come in different sizes like in other projects or is this something else?
