Every time I visit there always seems to be between 7-12 guests online. So maybe guests are reading the thread as well or people from other teams are watching our voting for PoTM to see where we are going to shrub next for whatever reason Very Happy

87views and 9 votes when I visited this time.

I think RNA wants a few weeks notice so they have enough WU's available for a POTM event.

Then they can't really be a PoTM as the voting usually isn't done til a few days before the end of the month.

Usually. That's why Greg suggested an early decision for July. Perhaps we should wait for bee research WU's, though?

Well that's a thought - we are running into smaller projects that want advance warning. So maybe we should try voting for July PotM in early to mid June...

Advance voting for the smaller projects is good because we can contact the relevant people who run those projects. If they know in advance that we are going to shrub them they at least have a half decent chance of ensuring there will be enough work for us.

Obviously for the larger projects it probably doesn't matter very much.
