John, yes that will do...
Michelle wrote: | 1. How long have you been involved with distributed computing projects? |
10 years
Michelle wrote: | 2. Why did you become involved? |
SETI. I'm a nerd & wanted to find ET
Michelle wrote: | 3. What sort of projects do you prefer? e.g. medical, space and/or physics, environmental, mathematical etc. |
A smattering across the spectrum, though the ones with large credit catch my attention faster.
Michelle wrote: | 4. Do you do it for the research or for the statistics? |
A bit of both. After SETI I started on Cancer & disease research.
Michelle wrote: | 5. Would you consider yourself a stats whore? (I will use 'addict' in the report) |
Yes and No. I do like climbing the charts, but it's all for the work....sorry I can't lie. yes I am a credit Ho
Michelle wrote: | 6. What made you decide to join a team rather than participate as an individual? |
I went it alone for quite a while, then came across the loonies and said "I'm home"
Michelle wrote: | 7. What are some of the risks of participating? |
Higher electric bills, dismemberment by my wife if the bills get too high...
Michelle wrote: | 8. Does it put a strain on your computer? Overheating etc.? |
a bit, but I added fans to counter the heat
Michelle wrote: | 9. Any suggestions for people who may be considering getting involved? |
Join KWSN!
Michelle wrote: | 10. Do you recommend any particular projects for new participants? |
No, follow your fancy

Hey looneys, got feedback on the dc report that I did for the TAFE assessment today.
"It is very well written and meets all the formatting requirements asked for in the assessment (no corrections are required to it). Well done."
Thanks for the questionnaire responses, guys. Print quality was crap because of low ink but content was good. I wouldn't have been able to do it without you guys. PGGBS for all.

You guys are so whacky.
Sir Gemjunkie, I wasn't even there when all this was going on. They hijacked a status update.
Well, it's almost 5:30 pm here so I'd better start getting ready to be beamed up with the rest of the good people. _________________ My brain hurts.

They interrupted my conversation about the great math debates of 1072 that led to three primes being killed in the lavatory.

Wabbit, did you see what they were up to today? One word posts and now over 200. I wonder what the limit is.
Sir Hamster, only people on my list will be able to see it because of security settings. We don't want the whole world to know that you and John are looneys.
Hm, I wonder if John is wearing pants today. _________________ My brain hurts.

Yes, how would you know? Hm, is there something you're not telling us?
Are you the one who put the spycams up all over the Fortress?
p.s. Linky to our KWSN Facebook group for those who haven't joined up there yet.
p.p.s. Sir Hamster, I've found a good thread of John's to hijack! _________________ My brain hurts.
