You may be interested in Primaboinca.

On PCs, the credit is verrrry heavy. On my selection WUs take 1½ - 2 hours, and fixed credit of 200 is awarded. This means I'm getting ~5K/day on a 3800x2, well over 10K on a Q6600.

There's a Cell application - I noticed that there's one guy doing 120K+ per day on his; not too shabby.

KWSN are just outside the top 20 and progressing quickly in a reasonable direction.

I know I shouldn't be encouraging defection/mutiny from the PotM, but there may be some of you who'd like to give it a whirl - I don't know how long this gross over-credit will last.

I joined, when my GTX570 arrives it should more than make up for shifting some CPU cores.

Is Primaboinca sturdy enough for PotM? Looks like only 46 WU's are available at this instant...

The server seems to replace them as fast as they're taken, always seems to float around 30-60 in the 2 days I've been watching. I opened up the cache on one shrubber and had no trouble downloading 200 WU's in short order.

We've moved up 2 positions in 2 days. I think it'd make a great POTM.

The team's moved up 3 more places to 15th. Cool

Just finished building the new shrubber yesterday, finished primaboinca WU's in ~48 min. @stock 3.2GHz. Today, OC'd to 4.09Ghz, WU's take ~39 min. Cool
Stable so far.

It turned one in, though BOINC client got a little confused with the initial 11 minute suggestion, and has pushed itself into EDF mode when the real crunch time on these came out. Still 100 credits per hour (2 hour completion time) isn't bad. So time to pad my credits a little Very Happy Being under 20k from half a million now #ni-1 Something not easy to do, considering I don't have a gfx card capeable of GPU crunching Sad

Congratulations!

A complementary doughnut is being held in your name at a Starbucks in Tennessee. Simply present 3 forms of photo ID, birth certificate, notarized permission from your cardiologist and recite your cpid at the correct Starbucks within the next 24 hrs.

Enjoy!

It's estimating 16 days to take down the next team, but our RAC just hit 220k on it today, which has been some ramp up the last few days. A few more people we could push it into the top 10. It didn't show it for the day yet, but incremental updates suggested we moved from 13th top to 12. We'll see tomarrow when all results are in for the day. #ni-1
