No, you can't run it on your android phone. And I for one am glad. Somehow I don't think my phone exploding in my pocket would be very well received by certain anatomical features...
But AndrOINC is a project aimed at cracking the signing key that Motorola uses to keep homebrew hackers out of their new phones. I actually own a Samsung Galaxy S which is a breeze to hack. I was thinking about getting a Droid X but was turned off by some of the anti-hacking measures Motorola put into place on it. So I thought I'd give this project a go and see how it goes. Maybe we can collectively give Motorola The Finger.
The KWSN Team has been created.

Hah! Oh well. It was an amusing project while it lasted... I guess. Sounds like it was started by some students who didn't really plan ahead much. I guess if nothing else, it can be counted as a learning experience for them |

What's amusing about this is it would have taken the entire Boinc network something like well over 100K years to crack the 1024 bit RSA key, yet these guys forgot they can't afford $80.00 per month and shut down after three weeks?

I would be willing to write the Cuda and Ati packet crunchers
I am currently working on an Ati version of Genfer for Primegrid _________________
