Has anyone noticed that both this project and the freehal project ignore the resource share setting in BAM and go off of your account on each projects website over riding whatever you place in BAM?

Most annoyed.

But I'm in! A little late. I need a vacation from my vacation!

And I have a leg of lamb in the crock pot.
The smell is driving me nuts! mmmmm

No, I don't use BAM anymore.

I did have trouble at the beginning with one shrubber that had been mostly off in Dec. as I was using the Linux box to race Idan. When I started DDM, it said BOINC had only been active 0.03% of the time and WU's wouldn't have time to finish before the deadline, so wouldn't give me even one for the better part of a day.

Roasted a fresh ham last night, yum! How do you fit a leg of lamb in a crock-pot? Don't tell me you're going boneless. Razz

If you're using Win7-64 and installed 64-bit JRE, you may also need the 32-bit JRE.

Wow-I think this project may be bad news....it slugged down my XP box bad-I had to detach there and THEN delete the project manually.

If it does the same to my Win 7 box (which runs it now after the Java upgrade) I'll be done with it.

I've recently read about this project and as it turns out, just like John said, the stock predicting app is quite an interesting project to crunch on so I decided to jump in #ni-1

PLUS, it looks like we've caught the attention of the project manager, as you can find here: http://www.distributeddatamining.org/DistributedDataMining/forum_thread.php?id=163

Crunch on you guys! #ni-1

Sir Stooper passes 40,000
Adam Alexander passes 30,000
KWSN Raw Data passes 8,000
