The goofy thing that gets people confused is that there is a difference between challenge points awarded and boinc points awarded. Once you submit a completed WU (that falls within the correct time period) you are awarded challenge points immediately. BOINC points are not awarded until the WU is verified by a wingman (somebody who has been working on the same WU). _________________

I have ~265,839 challenge points but only 3736 BOINC points with 10270 pending. Do the challenge points count in your BOINC total anywhere or is this a completely separate thing?

It is completely separated and meant only for challenge positions. _________________ Anyone for Crunch?

You'd think you'd at least be able to put them in the sig. _________________

Thanks! Where'd you find that?
Even after seeing the code, I can't find the page that shows where to get it.
You're OK, I don't care what Idan says.

As per the sig:
In boincstats, there is a link on the left for Project Challenges.
Find the current challenge, or whatever one you want.
Don't click the actual challenge, but go to either the team or user stats.
Click that then go down to wherever you are.
Done, simple.

Did you determine whether it's better to run 2 or 4 WU's simultaneously? _________________

Oh, forgot to fill you in with the details... at least with the i5-661 that I have, there is a small difference when running a wu on 1 core, but combining 2 wu hyper threaded on 1 core is more useful when you combine the times... _________________ Anyone for Crunch?
