Could someone un-confuse me? (Big job!)

Here we're listed in 15th place:

and here we're listed in 146th place, just moved up from 147th:

Free-DC only track selected teams, as with several of the non-BOINC projects. That confused me mightily a while (eons?) ago. Confused
