Here's the virgin project list, if we want to keep whittling that down...
ABC –
Climate -
Cosmology -
Einstein –
Milky Way -
Rosetta -
Spinhenge –
Sztaki –
uFluids
I took SETI off the list because they stopped issuing WU's Tues - Thurs each week. With enough cache that wouldn't be a problem, but izzit worth the hassle?
There's a 2 week Prime Grid challenge coming up taking the last week of September and the first week of October. So doing a 2 month Prime Grid could be an option I s'pose...
Here's another concept - we could go for max point engorgement, running the top 3 productive projects at once. Your choice of probably Aqua, Collatz, and Milky or any combo. Could run for 1 month or two with PG challenge in the middle.
Just tossing out some idears.... |

Sir Mildew wants Folding added to the list. We are about to drop out of the top 100.

We will drop out of the top 100 anyway, but I think that out of respect to Folding we should drop out with a big bang of folding units...

Of course it's not a must and every kaniggit can crunch what ever he/she/goat chooses, just put some thinking into it. _________________ Anyone for Crunch?

Better start soon, your lead is disappearing rapidly.

Hey I like it, will add Folding to the list and probably post the ballot tonight. Didn't realize I was in the running for anything at all in folding...

Could I suggest something? My BOINC experience is mainly just Collatz, but if that's typical, the GPU is yielding 98% of the points. Why not devote the GPU to BOINC and the CPU to Folding? Particularly if you have a quad core that can use the SMP client.
My mini-competition with Idan has raised the team ppd from ~68k to 72k. Estonia only has 20 actives producing 125k, we should be able to get 100k without sacrificing many BOINC points. Outproducing 6 nearby teams would be nice, yes?

Shhh! I don't want to make the other knights disappointed that they missed the most exciting event of the whole month. _________________
