Yep! Just today - and I got here in just a hair over 6 months.


I'm also waiting (and none too patiently) for the GTX 470/480 cards to be available (advertised to become available on 26 Mar 2010).
Initial estimated prices for these new Fermi-architecture cards are:
GTX470 - around $349US
GTX480 - around $499US

GTX480 is rumored to be 10-20% faster than Radeon 5870 - we'll see.

I like the price-point of the 470 because it's not that much less powerful than the 480...I see it as as the "most-bang-for-the-buck".

The GF100 series (as nvidia calls the Fermi line) has one significant advantage - it will support double-precision floating-point natively.
What good is that? Well, I think it may dramatically reduce NAN/EUE errors.

Be wary of a site called SabrePC.com that offers "pre-orders".
Most reputable forums & blog-sites find SabrePC to be suspicious - and quite possibly fraudulent.

It seems that XFX and Palit are the two first-to-market producers (at least according to photos of product packaging that have leaked into the net).
No 'marketing' word yet (that I can find) from EVGA, BFG, MSI, PNY, GigaByte, Galaxy, EliteGroup, Sparkle, Sapphire, or Zotac.
