New project - mopac@home

It deals with quantum chemistry to develop thingies that can be studied in lieu of giving wacky testing stuff on animals. Then they can give new wacky stuff to test on animals.

Project is in it's infancy and I still haven't gotten any WUs. But they seem to be out there, just not many to get yet.

Team is created (I snuck in and founded the team before anybody else, go me!) and is ready for members. Looking at you Wabbit and Al. Enjoy!

Project only has occasional work, and when you get it, some WUs finish so fast yu may not get any credit. Others will last for too long and error out. Obviously, project is not yet ready for prime time.
It would be nice if the forums were up so volunteers could complain. #ni-1
