We need a report button, or call Moderator button....
There was a post earlier in the week that really should have been deleted immediately but there is no way to contact someone that is able to do it.
Additionally our newest user is "Candy Edith" and she is without a doubt a Spammer, However since I can't report her she will surely defecate all over the forum soon, and there is nothing I can do about it..... |
I believe that has been the source of most of the complaints lately |
I am 100% in agreement with the need for a "Report" button. The only thing better would be to have a KWSN hacker to find these jerks and blow up their houses! |
why no just PM one of tis crew!!!!

THe problem there is that SHoE is the only one there that still comes around regularly. _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

And even I don't stop in every day any more.
I would honestly like to not be a moderator for a while. It's not that I dislike being a moderator, but I haven't been active enough - and I am maybe the most active, which is a bad sign. Also, being a moderator is a bit constraining. I used to be a bit of a hell raiser around here, and being a PITA to some new moderator might give me some of my old energy back.
A word about Serious Discussions. I think we are fortunate to have Admins that do not try to control the discussions and content beyond some very simple rules. That is one of the really good things here that allows the sort of "free spirited fun" that makes this place special. I do think some changes are inevitable; if we don't need changes now then we will need to make some in a year or two. We should be discussing those changes now, but just as important, we need to discuss the things we want to remain the same. One of those things is not having pointless and unenforceable rules about how we should or should not be having our discussions.

I must admit that that's what I like about this forum - no-one takes anything too seriously.
No, I'll re-phrase that. No-one takes anything seriously.
And I think that's why I'll stay. Real life is too serious, we all need an outlet for our inate loonacy.

I totally agree., after all that RL has thrown at me for the last 4 years, this forum is a bed rest.
Thank you to all the members who come and be silly, for giving me some very good laughs.
Have a spectacular New Years. Stay safe. _________________ Don't fuss about growing older, many are denied the chance. |

There are several on that list, that hasn't been here since I have and I have no clue who they are.
Some of these men have babies and now know what women go through, so I totally understand why they leave and never return. j/k _________________ Don't fuss about growing older, many are denied the chance. |

My suggestion (or was it a second on a motion to have a silly area?) about a serious are was not to create or enforce censorship on anyone or anything, I think it was more to have one of the many rooms here in the fortress to be a silly-free zone.
I agree with SHoE that change is inevitable. Those changes should be heavily thought out and planned. Not rushed, or forced down anyone's throats. This forum used to be a rockin' place. Lots of sillyness and plenty of help where needed. We would taunt each other, other teams, and brag about accomplishments. We would encourage each othere along and be there fore each other in difficult times.
We have a number of members that have left over the years for many reasons. We have had a bunch come in too.
I think any new set of mods or admins need to realize that they must work in unison, they have been given a large resposibility. They can not dictate their will over anyone else here, they must act as one to keep the forum going. They have to be above any petty natures and resist the temptation to use their authority over the rest of us.
The forum could use a facelift. Weather it be software, functionality or just the overall look. A shrubbery here, a flowerbox there, maybe some new cushions on the bar stools... _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!
