THWAAACK!

Wrong! T'was Mohrorless, and he appointed me as his deputy. So you'd better behave!

Hi Sir Tux. #ni-1 I got your group request but I haven't actually been seen on facebook for a while so I haven't done it yet. Has John fixed you up? If not, I'll get onto it asap.

Speaking of John, he seems to be not being seen at the moment too. Hm. Maybe it's contagious.

Fang, I've thought about deleting my account too. Too many friend requests from strange people I don't know from a bar of soap. There's been a bit in the news here and there about the security risks too.

How do you those strange people aren't people you know here under a different name?? Laughing

I'm not sure about joining the group as that would mean exposing my friends, family and colleagues directly to the Looney Magnet(TM) and that might not be a good thing... Embarassed

Incidentally, I have had the Wabbit pop up several times as a suggested friend (as well as several other bold kniggits). Since none of my other e-mail contacts have appeared there, some person must have leaked their contacts list to FB... Shocked

Sir Furry you mean we are not friends? After all the years, heartache, and eating lutefisk together.

I don't. Laughing But there is a way to check. All you have to do is look at the friends in common on the friend request. That way I know if it's a looney, or a La Femme Nikita friend, or a random friend of someone I've added from the pirates game etc.
Had a request from a lady when I logged in earlier. Had no idea who she was until I checked 'friends in common'. It was one of our older LFN ladies that I've known for years.

Wabbit, when I 'Ni!'d' you earlier there was an ad for menopause cream on your profile! Laughing Laughing

... so if I sent you a request you would consider me to be a random stranger as we would have no friends in common? Razz
Oh... I just remembered that you know my e-mail address and my real name Embarassed

Using Opera 9.64, IE7 / IE8 and occasionally Firefox 3.5

Ad blocking is done by the content filter service on the company security applicance, but Facebook is an approved site so the ads come through regardless... Rolling Eyes

Sir Furry if I only remembered your name, or if I was not that lazy to look through my old, old emails.

I was also going to mention Firefox + Adblock. Adblock Plus is now my primary reason for choosing a browser. As long as that's only available on Firefox, that's the only browser I'm using.
