Kinda special having a project above 10 mil, eh?? |
Thanks John. Yea it is kinda special. It's a milesone I didn't think i'd ever make. It took me years to make my first million (SETI) after that (a big thanks to gpu processing) the millions are dropping like flies. Especially at MW. I have a GTX 260 I need to put somewhere so I can get back on line at GPU Grid.(Another big thanks)
I need to build one more system I can keep at work. The electricity is furnished. I'm working on getting an A/C installed for my shop. I got to install it myself but that's no big deal. I install them all the time. I just need the condenser. The other half (evaporator)(for heat and air movement) is already there.
I have internet access courtesy of one of my residents. My computer (Camelot) is already there and will be the one to be replaced. I'm thinking I7. I'll probably move my Q6600 to work and keep the I7 at home. That's a bit down the road though so you don't need to start worrying about it (yet ). As if you would. You've got me way out classed.
