Well,

Idan made a lovely post on SHA for recruitment when it was our PotM. I think we should have a recruitment thread pretty much everywhere, but I also like cheese so who knows. Would some of more extroverted individuals be up for plastering our name EVERYWHERE to see if we can attract some fresh KNIghts to the cause?

I have qualms about this, the only people who really look at those threads are people that are already part of teams. The Knights for some reason have always had a passive recuritment policy, meaning we will not actively recruit anyone, nut accept whoever joins the team. Also it might be where we had a hard time agreeing over what should be said in a team recruitment post. If you want to come up with something I am sure it might be approved.

I kinda wanted to post the same kind of message regarding POEM when it turned into POTM but slipped my mind... Embarassed

That's what I was thinking. Maybe recruitment is a bad word for it. Advertisement? Something to get people to stop by and check us out. Maybe a few will decide to stay.

Had I known of this place earlier, I would have joined earlier. So I am rather a case in point.

I tried to find the pic that someone created a while back. It was of a group of knights with some of our team members faces imposed. Anybody know where it is?

They were done a few years ago, when there weren't many pics in the gallery. Unfortunately they took a fair bit of time to do, and I don't really have the time available.
