They restrict the challenges to the 32-bit apps. So the 64-bit Oses will also run the 32 bit app for the challenge. _________________ Some days are worse than others. |

Nope...
(from the PG website)
Quote: | To participate in the Challenge, please select only the Prime Sierpinski Project (Sieve) project in your PrimeGrid preferences section. The challenge will begin 29 April 2009 18:00 UTC and end 1 May 2009 18:00 UTC. Application builds are available for Linux 32 & 64 bit and Windows 32 & 64 bit. Note: 64 bit Windows and 64 bit Linux benefit from a 1.7X speed advantage over 32 bit...so 1.7X the credit.

I vote for Docking, But then I have my selfish reasons..
Sztaki is only worth 8 vault points per position I think, But almost no one is doing it. Except Ars Techina... We really can't match them. Oh yeah and Norway, But I can hold them off myself....
Docking is worth more Vault points...26 each if I remember correctly...
In all fairness in Sztaki we could make a BIG Splash I believe we are in 17 th and it is only a couple million to the top ten....
But I like being first in a project....and I won't stay there if we make it PoTM....
Oh well, I used to be first in Milky, Before Cosmo did it's thing.... _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......

Docking is a totally unworthy project, they do not even own or run any docks.

Do they at the very least own some beach front property? _________________

I doubt they could afford any type of property, they are just tiny genes.

ABC is an interesting case. I have the Stomp and Formula Factors at zero because as you say we're 3 million or so behind the next team. But if we close that gap, there are 5 teams we could pass in a blink, maybe more...And we just might be able to snag 8th place in Formula....
Definitely something to consider after Operation Project Sztaki....

Not at all
Besides being the "real" name of the Penguin from Batman, Chester was the nonexistent co-worker at my former office who got blamed for everything that went wrong. It really confused our boss for awhile. What confused her even more was after some staff changes we wound up with her and seven men in our office and referred to ourselves as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. We were obviously easily amused. _________________

No, we had to explain it to her in a staff meeting one day. _________________
