The POEM@HOME team wishes everybody a few days of nice and calm easter holidays.
On the crunching side of things everything is going fine. The Peptide workunit results are now preprocessing to be passed on to the group doing the data mining on the generated results.
As the protocol worked flawless and we are very satisfied with the results, we started another Peptide project once the old one was finished, which even in this short time led to de-novo folding events of 1E0Q, 1J4M and 1LB0.
