For those using their video cards for cuda or some thing else to shrub with.

If I have but a single video card (or more than one, but all used to shrub), say an ATI 4850 folding, or a gtx275 running gpugrid, how does it affect the video out? Would it be worth it to get a cheap pci video card to use while the powerhouse is shrubbing something? Pondering my tax return and the building of the next addition to my farm...

I usually suspend the client when I game. If you are just surfing the web it will not affect it. If you are doing video editing or Cad I would just suspend it. #ni-1

hmmm. Another question then,

Have you noticed any difference in production between cards if you have say, identical cards in x16 slots but with one of the slots only running at x8 or x4?

dunno, All my cards are in 16x slots. I just installed the 185.66 drivers and I did notice a difference. there was 1:45 left on a unit that had taken 23+ hours and it finished in about 40 min.

I also noticed that one card has an old bios and is running slower than the others. I will fix that tomorrow.

If there is a way for me to tell the difference between the cards by the Wu's I don't know what it is.

It just runs two Wu's on the one with 2 cards.
