Yes, I've been quite busy researching my new diet and writing a book about it. Be sure to catch my promotional appearance on Oprah next week too, assuming I don't get bumped for that Jolie tramp again.

Walkers Crisps now do a flavour called "Cajun Squirrel". I'm looking forward to trying it.
DON'T try the "Chilli and Chocolate". It's awful.

the squirrells not vey tasty either.... the hoisin ducks definately the best so far.
