Now down to one Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 that's in a tiny case and overheats if I actually try to use all four cores at the same time. On the other hand, it makes for a very nice home theater PC

It would be nice to get some work so we can make this challenge a bit more meaningful. If you like, I'll let you catch up a bit first _________________

I know some ppl would like to know now that AQUA@Home released a new application (2.0) that's finally able to perform checkpointing...
Credit hoes will be glad to hear that the project still gives about 15 credits per hour (even more with stronger computers)...
You guys better enjoy it while it lasts... don't know how much time it will take them to wake up and snip the credit per hour rate...

I've been hammering it since the end of the PrimeGrid challenge. It's not quite as good on credit as Milkyway with an optimized app, but it's still pretty good. _________________

WU's are long, but credit is good. The time depends on the type of WU you are looking for. In the file name you'll see an 8, 32 or 48 followed by a 512k, 2m or some other number. The first is the type of WU and the second is the file size. The first WU's I got were small and only took a few minutes. That didn't last. Most took 11-15 hours, and I logged 7-10k credit per day on my i7 before I decided to go back to MW. _________________

What's the deal?........
The Q6600 has Errored out every single Wu, and so has the wingman.
Is there an issue with some Wu's? _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......
