I was wondering who the heck the KWSN request came from!
Dagnabbit! I'm over there now and I can't find the thingy to approve you. I found the approvey thingy for Yankton.
I'll fiddle around a bit more, but might have to leave it to John to do this time. _________________ My brain hurts.

We have a KWSN network on Facebook?
Drat! My Facebook account is tied in with my work one (esp. as I setup the work network). I don't think I want to expose this aspect of my personality to everyone I work with...

Oh good, so I'm not going mad after all.
Try again, Lady K. I got an email from facebook with your request, but there was nothing there at the facebook group. Maybe the gremlins were getting into mischief. _________________ My brain hurts.

I once tried explaining to a friend (non-work) about how I was known (in a certain corner of the internet) as Sir Hamster etc etc., but I'm afraid the explanation fell far short of the reality, and my friend failed to grasp any significance. Or perhaps he successfully grasped that there was no significance ... dang .. another one of those philosophicical dilemmys.

That is the same reaction that I get when I try to explain why I have 7 PCs running in the basement...
'You are doing what??? Looking for aliens???"
They will be left off of the mother ship, when it arrives...

I am also completely unable to explain why I have more money tied up in this than I have in my vehicle...

Metaphorically speaking, explaining, or worse, rationalizing, one's esteemed position amongst those of us who are certifiably looney is analagous to carring on an intelligent discourse about the homeopathic benefits of shrubbery with a herring . Illigitimi non carborundum.

Tried to open another Facebook account for kniggit stuff (as befits my multi faceted personality).
I used different names, totally unrelated e-mail addresses from real domains (i.e. not aol, yahoo, hotmail, etc), different IP addresses (totally - from different geographic ISPs), etc. etc.
I never get the confirmation e-mail.
Has anyone else ever succeeded in doing this?
