How do you expect to get any by doing Grrrr?
The least you can do is to yell ARRRRRRRRGH, shiver me timbers!
Maybe that way you'll get some work, I know it's been working for me... _________________ Anyone for Crunch?

At what point do you start complaining that they aren't giving enough credit per WU? _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

Well, So far that has not really been an issue. I would like more of course but the only one on the team getting more than me is Sir Al. Even SFM is being bested by me.
Btw: Boinc Stats says that I have passed Pooh Bear and taken 7th even though we have the same score. 515. But they only show whole #'s
I really think it is based on Hosts. I have 15 with 9 active. SFM has 5 & Sir Toothie has 19 with 15 active.
Eye Matey, Tis' a Truth indeed......
Edit: According to Stats & Stones, Nobody will pass me. So there is no person behind me that is out producing me? WOW There are 3400+ behind me........
Just wait til Wed, My new Core Duo Lappy arrives then _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......

You passed me. You have more than 3 times more the processors than I do. Not easy to compete with that. _________________ Watch the movie about me The 4-1-4s: The Original Teenage Hackers (It is only about 12 minutes long.)

And I have only one. Totally unfair, and I demand equality for women! You should readdress your Core Duo Lappy to Australia.

Thanks, but the postage would probably cost double what I can a new psu for here.
The boy child should be back on the weekend, so we'll be able to pull one out of one of the other computers - most likely this one - and test like you suggested. I'm hoping it isn't the motherboard as well. I told him that if we could get that Acer going again, then he can fiddle around with the older Acer that my daughter is currently using. That way he can pull the older one apart, put it back together, fiddle around with linux whatever. Good practice for him. _________________ My brain hurts.

Make sure he doesn't stick his finger in the fan.
About 3 or 4 years ago, one of my bosses home PC was giving him a thermal alert, so he brought it in for a few of us to look at. We gave it a good blow out for the dust and saw the fans were all spinning, but we still were getting the message.
Then one of the guys (the one that does PC work on the side), said "Maybe the fan is going and isn't spinning fast enough", then he promptly stuck his fingertip in it. Thankfully it was a plastic fan and it gave before his finger did. 2 of the blades snapped off. A rousing chorus of "D!ck"! erupted. Long story short, got a new fan and installed it. The PC started working like it was supposed to.
Now the running joke is to keep that guy away from your PC fans... _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

I just can't tell you how many fans I have broken by working on a box that is running. I got a lot of crap from a friend of mine when I broke 3 separate 120mm fans in the same day by doing the same thing...........
Needless to say I stay far away from the irreplaceable 200mm fan in the top of my Antec 900 case. _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......
