It looks like this project is ending as well according to the news on their website http://allprojectstats.com/collatz/
Time to switch to other math projects, like PrimeGrid, RCN@Home, Sztaki, and others.

SNAFU would be more appropriate to the situation I'm guessing. _________________ Some days are worse than others. |

Well, everyone is always talking about einstein and milkyway giving out hordes of credits. KR should know better, he crunches everything. Have you tried Cels? It was pointed out to me a while back as another good credit project. _________________ Some days are worse than others. |

Ok, I signed up for N-Queens. The team can use the help there and the WU's are only about 1.5 hours.

Is that a BOINC project? What is it about? Let us know how it goes. _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

N-Queens is a chess problem. It has nothing to do with cross dressing...
Yes it is a boinc problem http://nqueens.ing.udec.cl/
it is 41.2 points per vault position to the team.
Ps: Norway will over take us in 8 days unless we really ramp up. _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......

Now that Ramsey & 3x+1 have folded, it leaves MilkyWay as the best credit project, but they're limiting the amount of work handed out to each shrubber, so you'll need another project to run as well. We're about to be overwhelmed by quite a few teams in the near future, but unless you can add ~150K/day any effort will be swamped.
Einstein, Cels, NQueens all give "fairly good" credits. There's not much chance of progress in Einstein, Cels is non-Vault (I've left just enough on this one to mark time), so if you want to help the team, NQueens is the one to go for.

when my comp got wasted the other day I had to re-install Windoze and Boinc. As I signed up to the manager it downloaded work before I could set it up the way I wanted it. I got almost 60 milkyway WU's.
They were bench marked at 13 min and are really taking 12 hours. But they are giving 260 credits each.
Of course they are due in on 11/21 and there is no way I can get them all finished in a day and a half, soooooo
Edit: oops it was not 60 WU's, it was Almost 80 WU's _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......

The team could use a core or two in PrimeGrid, we are 29th and about to drop further in the rankings.
