When giant prehistoric geese roamed the earth
50 million-year-old toothy skull of enormous bird found off U.K. coast
Scientists have found a new huge and well-preserved fossil of a goose and duck relative that swam around what is now England 50 million years ago flashing sharp, toothy smiles.
The skull, discovered on the Isle of Sheppey off the southeast coast of England in the Thames Estuary, belonged to a huge ancient bird in the extinct genus Dasornis, which had a whopping 16-foot wingspan

Having (just about) survived an attack by a flock of modern farmyard WatchGeese, I can imagine that they would have been quite scary. _________________ Creationists believe they never evolved; I agree with them.

I've never tried it - is Goose bacon that much better than Duck bacon?

Well a goose is bigger than a duck, so it must taste better.
Consider how big a pig is and how good pig bacon is!

Now if we could only get whale bacon... _________________

The makers of South Park had a pig eating bacon
The thing on some of the CDs for some of the eps was "Makin Bacon with Maken". Now Maken was a pig. And while cooking bacon, Matt Stone and Tray Parker would mention how Maken loves bacon as they fed him some |
