Hi everyone,
Sorry about the profound silence from myself and Alex but we've been either on holiday
or just plain furiously working on other things.
We did get the code upgrade done but obviously this has left some issues we need to fix and
once we are both back in the same place we will be working on all the issues highlighted by you.
