Sorry. A couple of days ago, I thought I'd posted this:

(I must have previewed it to check the link worked, then not hit the "Submit" button!!!
But it's now 3 days later, and you're still wayyyy behind me.
What happened?
Al
BTW, yesterday I made an excellent Risotto with dried Chanterelles, fresh Oyster, Chestnut and Shiitake mushrooms, accompanied by a char-grilled lamb leg steak, washed down with a nice Rioja.
Almost as good as Liver, Fava beans and Chianti _________________ Creationists believe they never evolved; I agree with them.

As I was going to bed I checked the stats and TA DA... as of the last update I have attained the #1 slot in Sztaki.
Technically the correct day..................

Yes, I'll have to give you both of those - even though it was 4 days by BST (Bum-Scratching Time).
And I'll agree with you that that's a pretty good Chianti. If you ever get the chance, try Santa Cristina Chianti Superiore DOCG from Antinori - one of the better (and most consistent) Italian winemakers, long a favourite of mine.
Anyway, congratulations - now I'll have to wait until there's a KWSN overtaking opportunity before I can breeze back past you!!!

I believe I have had that Chianti, Isn't Antinori better known for it's Ameroni? Rings a bell _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......

Yes, he makes a very nice Valpollicello Amarone (for the unwise, that's where the grapes are partially dried on straw mats to concentrate the flavours before being made into wine - it produces a real blockbuster, normally 15½-16% alcohol, and delicious with it. As the yeasts munch away at the sugar and convert it to alcohol, at that level they get killed by their own excrement, so that's about the top limit for wine.)
