The team positions above are intended to show 3 things - a long-term position (overall), a medium term position (RAC or 7-day average) and a short-term position (yesterday's shrubbing).

With the distortions caused by some projects not decaying RAC, and the disparity between RAC and 7-day average, I'm proposing to change the medium-term ratings to what has been shrubbed in the previous month. (This data is available on both Free-DC and BOINCStats).

This would prevent the RAC distortions, move all projects onto an equal footing and give a more true picture of the team member's contributions.

Unless any of you can come up with a good reason not to do this, or can come up with a better suggestion, then I'll put this in place in the next few days.
